This program focuses on a mixture of weights and cardio to help people get fitter, stronger and leaner. This is perfect for people who are not interested in getting “Big” but want to be strong and fit.

Sweat

This program is our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program which will burn huge amount of calories. We use a mixture of cardio, weights, bodyweight to push you to your limits in every session. This is perfect for people who want to burn calories and burn fat.
